Siglo Sea, a small business nestled in the heart of Siglufjörður, all about experiencing the joys of water sports on the Trölliskagi peninsula.
Brief
My objective was to design and hand-paint the Siglo Sea storage container, incorporating their existing logo, tagline, and contact details. Simultaneously, I undertook the challenge of designing and painting a captivating, bright, and colorful mural that shared their story.
Outcome
The mural features Tom and Laken, the awesome duo behind Siglo Sea, out on a kayak and SUP adventure with their pup ‘Þoka’, and the charming town of Siglufjörður nearby. There’s also a larger-than-life woman gracefully swimming across the mural landscape, a living tribute to the fearless women who wild swim regularly in the icy waters of Siglufjörður.
Today, you can't miss the Siglo Sea storage container against the stunning Siglufjordur landscape. It's like a beacon for tourists and sports enthusiasts, making it a breeze to locate them. This transformation has skyrocketed the business's visibility, making it a real standout in the area.
